Our story
Built on focus, not volume
Most physician recruitment firms measure success by the number of specialties they cover. We measure it differently. By concentrating entirely on dermatology and pathology, we've developed the kind of market knowledge and candidate relationships that only come from years of working in a single space.
We started TC Search Partners because we saw a gap: healthcare organizations needed recruiters who truly understood their specialty, and physicians deserved a partner who could speak to their world with credibility. That's the firm we set out to build.

Every search and every candidate conversation is handled with strict confidentiality. We don't share information without consent, and we don't broadcast that a search is underway.
